Got a Myers cocktail Ivy before a big trip. Crystal was awesome at explaining the different options we could have. She did a great job with our IVs and I definitely will be back again. It’s so close to Bucktown where we live! Can’t say enough of great things about this spot.

Booked an appointment for a friend starting his journey to sobriety. The appointment was made online and a smooth process. We walked in and was greeted and the set up was smooth and quick. She explained the vitamins/effects of the solutions going into him and was seated in a really calm seating area. Quick 40-45 min for the entire process and was well worth every penny. The place was very clean and the nurse was ve try professional. Will definitely come back again.

I remember when Dr. Cohen first opened for business with one hbot chamber. Back then the out-of-pocket cost was $3000. With insurance it cost me $300.

Today the out-of-pocket/self pay is only $400 per session.

I need hbot to unplug my "swimmer's ear."
This is my 2nd time in 10 years. It took 3 sessions this time instead of only one, but IT WORKED...AGAIN. Pop!

I don't know why ENT doctors don't Rx hbot for this type of hearing loss. I went 2 years with a plugged up ear the first time. All ENT said was: "There's nothing we can do. Sometimes there is spontaneous recovery."

Basically, pray.

I'm taking one star off because this was supposed to be a boutique-style spa-like setting.
Oh Lordy, noooooo. It's cluttered, and the youngsters in charge are often confused. It feels more like a disorganized, run down clinic than a place to be pampered.

Just remember, the equipment is top notch, and that's all that should matter if you're sick. If the price is right, I don't care about a sexy ambiance.

I'm so happy that hbot is finally available to the general public. I really like Dr. Cohen as well.

This is the place. Calming environment, clean, has everything you need to just relax and enjoy the infusion. Nurse was attentive, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Place is very clean. The details of the decor were appreciated. I went for an IV drop of the antidote with toradol (sp?). Service was very comfortable. They had a special room with a couch and blanket. Definitely will be back!

I was blown away by how beautiful and clean it was when I came in for my appointment. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. There are so many types of infusions you can choose from, and they will help you make a decision based on what your needs are. It is an incredibly relaxing experience! They have a room with cozy reclining chairs and offer you blankets, water, tea, and snacks. I’ve had several hydration infusions in the past, but these are by far the best. I felt energized, hydrated, and glowing when I left. You not only get a VIP experience, you truly get quality treatments. If I could give it a 10 star I would! I’ve been back several times!

I was looking for IV place in Chicago for a while. I came across ReviveDoc on Instagram @revivedoc and loved the way this place looked! It looked so beautiful!
I didn’t know much about IV, so when I came for the first time, Dr. Lenny Cohen was so friendly and told me everything about IV and helped me to make a custom IV for my goals. I am a bodybuilder, so I needed smth that will help me with performance and energy but also help to improve my skin and hair! And he made a IV specifically for me!
Everyone was so friendly and nice!
I am defiantly coming back and will make it my monthly routine! I didn’t know what to expect after IV, but I felt so much energy and felt so refreshing! Can’t wait to come back and try other services that they are offering!
