When seeking help for C-PTSD, ensure to research and find a group specializing in this area to avoid potential re-traumatization. It is crucial to verify their understanding of C-PTSD, as assumptions can lead to disappointing experiences. Addressing novice mistakes and promoting trauma-informed therapy training is essential to prevent further harm. My hopes are in Sharing my feedback I can help protect other C-PTSD survivors from re-traumatization.

Megan Shanahan is a horrible, horrible therapist. DO NOT send your child to her. She'll give you extremely concerning news about your child, hang up on you and then block your number.

Can't say enough good about Smart Love. Have read their books and used many of their resources. It has not only helped me individually, but also our family! We have used SL on our baby who is super content, happy and sleeps pretty well. Thank you to the Smart Love Family!
