Outstanding Customer Service Reps. I've been using TherapyNotes since 2020, and their reps have always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and unexpectedly informative. A priceless resource for me as a one-man clinical practice. Also, the hold music is pretty good.

Pros: Easy to navigate the backend of the system, billing is straightforward, and I like having all my billing and paperwork stored in one place. I also like the template offered for progress notes and having the option to customize my paperwork for new clients.

Cons: About a month ago, so many outages and maintenance issues have been chronically going on with the site. At times, the site is incredibly slow to load and at other times, the site has completely crashed and I am unable to contact customer service due to their phone line saying "a high volume of callers." Even if the site does provide information when an outage is out, it doesn't erase the frustration that occurs when I cannot access the site to bill for sessions and access my paperwork and client files. I also am concerned by how dismissive and accusatory the review from the owner was on this page when I left a review expressing my concerns with some of the recent outages.

5 stars. Very easy to use platform with simple functionality. Some notes: Your competitor, SimplePractice, has a mobile app with telehealth built in and messages sent through the portal pop up as a notification like a text on a mobile device. It’s super convenient and consumers don’t have to re-sign in the view their messages. I would consider this during the next update!

Now that the clearinghouse debacle is over, wait times are very short again, and the support team is patient, responsive, and helpful. I couldn't be happier.
