Clean, easy. manageable, efficient, friendly staff, just enough places to eat and to get coffee at, wheelchair accessible, and convenient for traveling to the airport in Philadelphia (1 hour by bus). The bus to PHL is only 1 hour and comfortable with charging stations, overhead space, a tray table, vinyl seats and no carpet so it does not smell bad at all. Clean and smooth ride. The highway is easy and 2 lanes. The airport has Spirit Airlines and American Airlines. So simple and perfect because I fly both a lot. No waiting in long lines for security. They have TSA Precheck (no Clear) and there really is no wait for TSA Precheck or the regular security check in. The bathroom was clean and barely used. So needless to say I will be happy to fly into this airport to take a bus to Philadelphia if I wanted an alternate route to PHL airport. And they added extra charging stations (see pic of white table). And they recycle … I love green airports.

Use of the AC international airport

Spirit told me to come out 3 hours early, so I arrived at 2 o'clock, but now it's 3:07 and there are still no employees.

It departs at 5:45. •. I guess I came too early. The airport is a mini airport with only Spirit and American Air.

It's 40 minutes away from home, so I think we can leave at 3:20 aiming to arrive at 4 o'clock. TSA employees go to work at 3:30, so tsa seems to open around 4 o'clock. No, it's open now. But I have to get a boarding pass, so I have to wait until the Spirit Air staff comes out. Because there were not many passengers, it took only 5 minutes to issue a boarding pass and 5 minutes for TSA, and it started at 3:45 and arrived at the gate at 4:00. There's no need to come out early at all. I think it's enough to leave home at 3. It's a quiet and quiet airport with only one terminal.

I had not been to the AC airport in some time. Went to get tickets because I was told they were cheaper in the airport. The ticketing agent was patience and helpful. She verified everything with me and gave me a few range of options. The only thing to be observated of was following all the turns to get to short term parking and exiting.

This is a small, but very nice airport. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, except for a couple TSA workers, of course. Aside from the attitude I received from one particular TSA employee, everyone else was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

I don't know why this airport has such a low rating. It's small, easy to access and navigate. Staff is as friendly as any airport staff. Has a few decent food places, clean big bathroom, massage chairs and plenty of charging spots.

I think only Spirit flies out of here, so yeah. It is what it is and it's great at being that.

Very small and personable airport. Easy and quick flight to Florida and I think a better alternative than EWR. Parking price is reasonable and less headache driving around
