the worst customer service and honesty might just be a scam entirely. my apartment complex unfortunately works with them so there's not much I can do when I'm on the phone with single digits for 3 hours multiple times a week to get them to send a technician out. When a tech came out, the single digits started to configure my ethernet box thing, and then logged it out so now instead of getting less than 20 download speeds, I can't access it at all. This is a train wreck of a company. please do not work with them. I saw good reviews from over a year ago so whatever changed with them is going downhill.

The absolute worst company I've EVER worked with. I called them 10+ times to fix basic wifi issues and it took them over a month. The technician lied about when an ethernet technician will come and then everything broke a few days later. I've never experienced customer service and wifi support this bad in my life. They are atrocious and no one should ever work with them. If I could leave a negative amount of stars and leave more bad reviews i would.

My son is a student at WVU and Single Digits is the WIFI provider at his apartment complex. Service is TRASH! WIFI has been out for entire days over the last month or more. This means no internet for college students who absolutely need the internet. And this has been an issue with them for years. Then, to make matters worse, Single Digits doesn’t even respond to management or students. Do NOT get involved with this company. I’m going to do some research and figure out how a class action lawsuit can be brought against them. And contact state representatives on how to handle this.

I have the worst experience with this internet provider. Their customer support comes up with temporary fixes to connectivity problems which resurface a zillion times and every time you call them they will ask you for your details. Their network randomly kicks you out and asks you to re-register which is a huge hassle especially if you rely on the network heavily for daily work. I work remotely and this network has given me the toughest time. Do not recommend it.

This company refused to provide an SLA or allow me to speak with their engineers. They sent an on-site technician who was unaware that all core routing hardware is cloud-managed and didn’t even have credentials to access the configuration. Despite this, he believed the best solution was to simply disconnect a core switch.

Additionally, they refuse to maintain proper patching procedures, and I’ve experienced multiple downtime events over the past few months. Avoid this organization.

This Wi-fi provider sucks. My apartment complex uses this sadly. The flights could flicker and the wi-fi will be out for days. Not to mention they don’t send out anything expressing there’s outages places. If ya’ll apartments use this…just get your own.

Day 33 without internet. I’ve called support so many times the reps won’t even take my calls anymore. They either leave me on hold or just hang up. It took 3 weeks for their incompetent tech to come out and diagnose the issue. He came back a week later and had to re-diagnose the issue because he “forgot” what was wrong. Almost another week has now passed and no update. No way for me to contact the tech, and customer support claims they can’t either?
This is the absolute worst provider I have ever had, thanks to my apartment who chose them for some reason. If all the other 1 star reviews weren’t enough to convince you to choose another provider, take my word for it and stay away from these clowns.

The reasons to not do business with this company are endless. They’re a deceptive service reseller. The network and service are the worst I have experienced in my whole life and to top it off they’re expensive. Additionally, whenever I call to check status of when my internet will be back up I speak with someone new and who doesn’t know what they’re doing. No one there knows if they’re on foot or horseback. This company needs to be reported to the BBB as it is essentially a scam.
