So, I'm not going to lie, I originally picked this IT company because of their name. It was amusing & reminded me of the IT Crowd. It also showed me they had a sense of humour. But, I'm really happy I emailed them as they have been the right fit for my small business over the last 2 months, both capability AND price wise.
While I know enough about computers to break stuff, I don't know enough to get myself out of trouble. I always feel like a bit of an idiot when I need IT help or I'm being bothersome when asking questions. I did not feel that way at all when dealing with any of the team at Reboot First, from the techs to the billing dept. They are all super helpful & took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. Jarred has the patience of Job. He always deals with my questions, even when I'm not using the correct terminology or go off on a tangent about something else. He even takes the time to teach me about new tech that is out there so not only do I understand what it is, but can make an informed decision if I want to upgrade. Since having them take over for my IT security I worry way less. Not only were they able to clean up my laptop, mobile phone, & router from the hacking; they have been able to provide solutions to keep it from happening again. Jarred was even able to recommend a new laptop that would meet my needs (For my business and gaming capabilities) when it went on sale during Prime Days. The fact that my phishing emails in Outlook have been cut down by more than half makes Reboot First worth their weight in gold imo. If you are reading this review to help you decide, just reach out to them. It will be worth it & won't break the bank.
