Scott at Brandit was phenomenal!!! As part of a middle school PTA, I wanted to order sunglasses for the 8th grade graduation. Scott was very helpful and patient as we had to adjust and make updates to what we were looking for. Eighth grader are a very indecisive group. Brandit is top notch. Not only in the items that they sell, the care and detail they add to each product, but their customer service is something that is not found in many places anymore. It didn’t matter if I gave a great notice of an item needed, or if I called with an emergency, I was always treated like I was the only customer they had. They listen, and their ideas and guidance for the less than creative folk such as myself are just spot on. From banners, flags, clothing, to employee appreciation items, to reworking a total design and feel of a lobby; they are who you need to talk to. They’re such great people, that you may not only gain a great business partner, but you gain friends.
