I went to do my personal taxes for the first time and sought guidance, but it was a disappointing experience. I felt like I was at the 'McDonald's of taxes.' Despite providing my information and documentation, I wasn't given proper guidance. Instead, I was simply taken to different rooms and told how much I owed without any explanation or detail. Additionally, the staff member instructed me to find out about state taxes on my own, rushing me out to attend to other customers. Overall, my experience was extremely poor, and I wouldn't recommend their services.
