When I thought this program was good, this program let me down, in 6 payments of $287 and 3 payments of $225, they only paid off one of my accounts and I had 8 , the rest of my money supposedly went to the rest of the creditors and deducted from the original balance but I never received notice of that! The expectations of this program are unrealistic!

Wonderful company and especially the representatives. Helped me more than I could express in this post. The agency who helped me today very much surprised me with her professionalism. Well were inadvertently disconnected on our call and she actually CALLED ME BACK. Brittany was amazing. She explained what was going on and what I could do to change it. When I called I was upset but talk to her for 1 minute and she had already made things better. I think she is amazing person and will help anyone. She should get an award.
