The Food Corridor is a fantastic shared kitchen management tool! I can't imagine scaling my shared kitchen, Nimbus, without it.

From the moment I started using The Food Corridor, I was blown away by its efficiency and user-friendly interface. Our members love how easy it is to book shifts in the kitchen, and the intuitive design gives our on-site team full visibility into the operation.

The billing system is also seamless and hassle-free. Our members can view their statements directly in the portal, and our team doesn't need to generate manual invoices or chase payments.

Most importantly, The Food Corridor team is also incredible; they're so responsive whenever we have questions, and have been nothing but professional and kind since we've worked with them.

If you're a shared kitchen looking to streamline your operations, I highly recommend giving The Food Corridor a try. Five stars all the way!

As a food business owner who uses a shared kitchen powered by The Food Corridor, I'm sitting here approaching an hour of data entry from my July 'Statement' - a list of bills with full detail including bill number, but which are otherwise seemingly inaccessible as a 'bill' object, even as a CSV? - rather than being able to upload the bills to the company to which I pay a pretty penny for exactly this purpose to have them do it.

Having helped the shared kitchen try to apply some pretty simple logic and discovering that you can't apply discounts to equipment, or have it come out of your 'time credit', which basically makes prepayment useless.

You can have 2 stars because you do essentially let someone administer a shared kitchen that perfectly matches with whatever conceptual prototype you had in mind when you built the software, but I would caution shared kitchens planning to use this software that you will need to really, really understand your business model in order to properly assess whether or not this is a fit for you.

The Food Corridor platform is amazing. Before they came around there was hardly any option for a CRM for shared kitchens. We've been working with their team since they started, and the platform has only gotten batter and better. They have added almost all the features we have asked for! If you have a shared kitchen, you should use The Food Corridor.
