Jaen Baldwin, Christopher Uthank and, Evan, were absolutely fantastic at handling our network problem. Jaen worked with Christopher rebuilding the VLAN at CAM services since it seemingly was never set up correctly to begin with. We had a whole host of issues because of it including our phone systems not working and business coming to a halt. We are very grateful that they were able to work with our outdated hardware to get it to function correctly and get a consistent internet connection. Lee was helpful when the Wifi went down this morning 10/3 to restart the wifi controller and fix the configuration on it to prevent it happening again. Lee was also capable enough to rebuild the VLan that Jaen and Christopher built the day before. They were even able to remote in and add a guest wifi to increase security practices.
