Would not suggest this beverage RAS software to anyone! They’ve made my job a million times more difficult and we’ve had to resort to 3 other software companies to do what VIP does.

Also open tasks sometimes take months to get a response or someone to work on something. And it’s also great when you call to work on a task, the person answering the phone is watching South Park in the background (could hear the theme song) and there’s 1/100% chance anyone can work on your task and if someone is available, I’m often figuring out a solution before their higher ups can even tell them how to fix. Analysts shouldn’t be released onto phones if they don’t understand the software. Our implementation accounting rep was a nightmare as well.

Amazing company. I was their to pick up a friend for lunch. I have heard about their projects and since I am an engineer I am always fascinated by what people are accomplishing and how they solve problems. Encompass has a great product line and great technology behind them. They have done things that have even made me go WOW! I have only met maybe a handful of people there, but those people were awesome. They were courteous, respectful, etc. From what I have seen the people that work here are first class.
