I worked with the ladies of Weecycle concerning meth contamination of a multi unit building in Longmont.

I cannot thank them enough for getting me thru the 5 month ordeal. A pleasure to work with them. Pricing was very fair, they also tested for asbestos which was negative, thankfully.

They gave me a lot of help navigating the remediation process and all units were eventually cleared.

We are in the house buying process and we were advised at this time to do asbestos, mold, and crystal meth lab test. I was first reluctant to a meth test because of the extra money and I absolutely thought asbestos would be positive but not meth. Also, the house is in a nice family neighborhood, no signs of drugs, nice home...Well, it turned out that asbestos and mold were negative and crystal meth was found in below reportable tiny measurements in the house.

We turned away from the house right away - I mean c'mon, meth? Who buys a house with meth readings, right?

Judy and Linda have been above and beyond to explain to us in detail the different scenarios of meth lab readings and we are so super thankful because especially low readings can be such a gray area. Because this is kind of testing is new to the house market, our realtor, who is absolutely great, was relieved to have Weecycle on his side too. If we buy the house, we will hire a professional remediation company to clean up the low grade effected areas from smoking meth and retest. Thank you, Weecycle team!

We used them to test our home in Louisville after the Marshall Fire. First they told us many things we found out to be inaccurate including "the toxicity from the Marshall fire was exactly the same in our area as the Twin Towers disaster." This is just not true as the largest contaminant in NYC was toxic dust from pulverized concrete buildings - not burned plastics and materials bonded to ash in a concentrated firestorm.

They said the only way to find out if our home was safe would be to use tape and test for char on surfaces, most importantly the flooring on all three levels. In the end they only ended up testing the floors on just two levels of our home. Then there was zero verbal follow up or explanation of the test results, just a relatively non-descript print out.

They also told us it would be far to expensive to bring in another company to perform any other type of testing. Upon follow up with FEMA and specialized chemists, we discovered that this was not true either.

In the end, we requested a refund for the 2/3 of the testing that was never completed on the floors, which by their own explanation was of the most importance. Weecycle admitted they did not complete 2/3 of the job as promised but only refunded 1/3 of the amount. There is more to this story but I feel a need to warn people about the lack of professionalism with this company in regards to critical testing needs.

No experience with wildfire testing. The textile guidance was contrary to health considerations. The testers claimed all soft goods could be cleaned in a washing machine.

After speaking to an experienced hygienist and toxicologist this couldn't be further from the truth. Also, they claimed the "hurricane" force winds wouldn't have pulled hazardous chemicals in our dwelling. After conducting a real test, a high presence of metals (arsenic, cobalt, and zinc) we're littered all over our dwelling

We wanted to buy a home! Because you cannot see or smell methamphetamine I decided to have the condo tested just in case because we have a baby… $425 seemed like a lot of money to come up with extra in addition to the crazy housing market prices, however, I thought my baby was worth having the test done. This was the best money I ever spent because the condo tested positive for methamphetamine VOC. Although I had to walk away from the condo It was worth every penny I paid to keep my family safe.
