Posting to help this company improve. Ordered the surf and turf bowl, no extras aside from guacamole and a large fountain soda, total was over $21. This is premium pricing and for what? Here is my review... Portions of steak and shrimp are small, very small along with the guacamole which is an up charge... This is clearly a corporate standard because the employees use the serving measured utensils to carefully regulate. The quality of the steak and shrimp is mediocre at best. The rice was dried out and other ingredients barely adequate in terms of quality and portion. The back end and dining room deshuffled and dirty as is the case with most Qdoba or Chipotles. Finally the cashier asks you to select a tip which is ridiculous quick serve food line service. Cooperate please pay your employees better, improve their training, improve food quality and portion sizes especially on the protein, set pricing right for what you are serving and do better overall! I don't think I'll go to another Qdoba or Chipotle, they simply lost their focus on product, price, customer service and their employees. Spend money with locally owned food establishments!

I love Qdoba, and I frequent this location often. Today, I was served a giant piece of chewy , inedible fat , which constituted most of the brisket. When I contacted the manager present, they were snappy and quick to defend this as an edible product. I have never seen this before. She assured me that this was a common thing they served paying customers. Consider serving actual edible, Tender AND Shredded Brisket as you claim you do. Don't know anyone in their right mind that would pass a giant slab of fat, tendons, and arteries as edible, let alone have paying customers even attempt at biting into this. Will not return to this location 🙁

I managed a Qdoba for 2 years and no burrito would have left my store looking like this. Honestly, I mostly find it comical cause this burrito is a full on sphere lol. But seriously, whoever rolled this should not be rolling burritos till they've learned how to do it properly.

In general my orders from this location are fine apart from a few times where I've had badly rolled burritos. Still tastes like Qdoba though so it's okay. There's definitely some room for team development on the rolling.

The beginning of my experience was pleasant with a greeting from two staff sitting in a booth with their phone watching the Simpsons and doing what appeared to be arts and crafts. When they began preparing my order I watched all of the expected cross contamination of ingredients while sloppily putting them in my burrito. One staff was either unable to hear me or lacked the understanding to my request of light ingredients on my food or when I asked for mild queso and chips giving me spicy queso instead. This was not too big of a deal as my burrito ripped in half after it was rolled causing the staff to have to dump the remainder into a new tortilla. Unfortunately for me this caused my burrito to be 1/3 ingredients 2/3 tortilla. I watched as she dumped it looking at the original tortilla before folding it and throwing it away. When this was discover I requested my food be remade. The staff who remade it did remark that there was still an excess of tortilla (to be expected) but I did have more than double the ingredients in my new burrito. Upon finishing my meal I entered the bathroom to find one toilet covered in feces and the other with a toilet seat that was clearly too small as you can see by the photo as well as not connected to anything.
If the store was busy I could understand a messy bathroom or perhaps the numerous mess filled table tops or even the messy floor. But I was one of three customers during my time in the store. There was one working staff member and the other two would assist when someone came in. Other than that instance the two would sit at the table with their phones and apparent arts and crafts eating cookies.

Been going to this location for 7 years and I always have gotten a mini bowl with a free side of chips. Today I asked for a mini bowl like always and asked for brown rice. The employee then put white rice into my bowl and when I corrected her she corrected me saying I did say white rice. She was smart enough to then put brown rice into my bowl. At the end when I asked for the free side of chips she then informed me it's $1 for the side of chips. I've been getting the same order for years and have never had to pay the $1 for the side of chips. If this is a company rule, then fine, but it's ridiculous and why suddenly is that being enforced. I loved this location but now I'm extremely disappointed in the sudden change in their customer service.

The manager Wilma KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE. We placed an order through Uber Eats app. Several minutes later we cancelled. Uber said they were unable to issue a refund because the restaurant already accepted the order. I called Qdoba to learn the Uber driver had JUST PICKED UP OUR ORDER. We waited 30 minutes & it never arrived. He also didn’t return it to Qdoba. I again contacted Uber. They again said they could not refund my card AND they didn’t know who the driver was or how to contact him. They said once an order is cancelled they no longer have the delivery information. So essentially the driver STOLE our order. And NO REFUND was being given. I was so upset. $52.00 was charged and I received nothing. I called Qdoba and explained… Wilma did right by us. I’m appreciative of her doing so!

Absolutely not acceptable. Went to get a to go plate and when I opened up the avocado part of the shell was in it. Will not be going back.

We had placed our delivery order and had messed up the address, completely my fault. I called customer service to hopefully fix it and was put through to Christina. She was amazing with providing options to help, and eventually, we got the whole address fiasco fixed.

On a separate note, the food was great too, I got what I ordered and wasn't disappointed.
