I have been seeing Susy since 202. Initially I found her while I was travel nursing during Covid. I no longer live in New York, so every time I come back seeing Susy is a must. I would rather see Susy once or twice a year than go to someone else. She is thorough and I always feel better after I leave. Susy is a gifted Holistic acupuncturist and she was able to find blocks in my body that my previous practitioner had not found. Susy utilizes a methodology that is exacting and very high level. She is professional and very intuitive. She has great bedside manner and explained everything she was doing and "why". Susy has helped me immensely with neck and arm pain. I was a foreigner travelling for 4 weeks and suddenly started to feel like a block of concrete - tense and in pain whenever I was using my right arm and didn't know how to get pain relief. I decided on a whim to give accupuncture a try and was lucky enough to find Susy on Google Maps. In 4 sessions Suzy has helped me relax the muscles that were causing most of the pain and gave me some helpful tips about what to do in daily life avoid making things worse again. Even just the first session was very helpful and I felt so much better right after (but especially the day after the session). Susy's very compassionate and skilled. I can't recommend her enough!

Susy and her acupuncture skills, methods, and experience are a game-changer. I've had ongoing back and neck issues for 10+ years and have tried all modalities of treatment (physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, other acupuncturists, etc). They all have their benefits, but I can say that Susy's trigger point acupuncture work is by far the best to get immediate release of knotted and stiff muscles -- it's almost like magic (the techniques and level of discomfort are somewhat analogous to dry needling, if you're familiar with that, but Susy's work is grounded in Eastern medicine). And Susy's a great person to get to know, as well!
