I was referred to HH by my primary care provider. They quickly reached out to setup an appointment and my schedule was a little crazy. That didn’t stop them! Lyra work d with me to get the first available appointment.

I saw Dr. McGregor who was quite pleasant and very upfront with me about different ideas of what could be happening. A Zio monitor was ordered and was at my door 4 days later (weekend).

In addition, an echo was ordered and Lyra kept up with me on getting it scheduled. She was my advocate when my insurance was giving me some grief.

Everything has gone so smoothly so far that my next appointment may get moved up — and I will know what’s going on with me even sooner!

Amazing practice. As someone who is unable to leave the house very often, this practice helped me get the care I needed in my own home. The Dr eased my anxiety, and made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. Very thankful and happy that I found this practice.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The medical staff were good and knowledgeable but over the course of multiple visits, I saw a different doctor or physician's assistant each time--not ideal for continuity of care. But the real reason for the lackluster rating is that I was billed for an out-of-network doctor (who I did not see at all) who was supervising a physician's assistant that I did see. I had made sure to check that this office and the original doctor I saw was in-network with my insurance. Quite ridiculous that I was billed for a doctor I didn't even see for being out-of-network when I would never have consented to seeing that doctor or the PA she was supervising had I known ahead of time that I'd be left with a charge after the fact. After trying and failing to resolve this with the billing manager, I was told that their policies had been updated and that patients would in future be informed if a particular doctor is out-of-network or not. If that is the case-- great for future patients-- but I chose not to continue care with this office given the lack of empathy and bad faith displayed.

Very happy so far. I used Heartbeat Health for my Cleerly scan and everyone has been wonderful. Their coordinator Maria and the rest of the team are just a joy to work with.

My appointment here was great! The front desk was polite, welcoming, and attentive when I arrived, the office was clean and comfortable, and I hardly waited at all. The doctor was very thorough, patient, and he set my expectations for how the appointment would go and explained next steps clearly. In the past, I’ve always found the doctors I’ve seen to diminish my concerns or make me feel unheard but my visit couldn’t have been more different than that. Your practice should be the bar that every my other doctor office strives to be. Thank you for everything!

I have worked with doctors and been a patient many times, subsequently I have seen many doctors and been in many offices...this office is fabulous perfection.
Truly, from doing all of my paperwork on my phone before stepping in the office, to cracking jokes with my nurse (and actually having fun), this office has done everything right that other doctors/offices do wrong, and has innovated (in a positive, beneficial way) everything that frustrates you about other doctors/offices.
I always felt heard, attended to, and seen by every professional in the space - the receptionist is a huge sweetheart, my nurse was actually hilarious, and my Doctor was a wonderful professional with empathy and humility.
In short fashion, the staff and space are impeccable, and I knew that my health, and the person that I am, mattered to every person in the space.

Visited Dr. Paz at Heartbeat to learn more about my heart health. The team is doing some very exciting work!
I had an echo, ECG and a comprehensive exam done without a referral. The staff were friendly and the doctor showed me clear pictures and videos of my heart after the exam. I get regular updates on developing healthier habits. As an engineer, it is nice to see cardiology and technology come together! Highly recommend!
