Excellently run office. Dr. Ragusa is a superb Opthamologist. I've been seeing him for over 2 years. Recently, i called after hours during the Christmas holiday with an eye issue. I figured I would hear from him after January 1st. He called me back right away, even though he was on vacation with his family. Turns out I had a severe eye nfection. On the virtual call he prescribed some drops and some antibiotics. He then followed up with a call two days later. This doctor cares and I highly recommend him to anyone needing eye care!

I always enjoy my experience in this office because of their kindness, cleanliness, and efficiency. I have been a patient of Dr. Ragusa for a few years now and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone at this practice. Dr. Ragusa is extremely knowledgeable without feeling condescending or rushed. He takes his time during visits. I was especially happy to see the extensive testing that they complete on site. From minor procedures to regular check-ups, I feel comfortable and confident under his care. My family of 5, and even a few extended family members, have transfered to this office because of the practice of Dr. Ragusa and his team. We visit regularly for ocular hypertension. Dr. Ragusa performed the SLT procedure, I believe that was the name, on both myself and another family member. We felt prepared and comfortable. All in all, we greatly appreciate Dr. Ragusa and his team.

My mom had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Ragusa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It’s been 10 months since the surgery, and her vision is now a perfect 20/20 without the need for glasses. Dr. Uy was fantastic at explaining the surgery to my mom in such a clear and reassuring way that she felt confident even before meeting Dr. Ragusa. When she did meet Dr. Ragusa, he thoroughly explained all the options for lenses, and his expertise truly shined through. My mom felt completely at ease going into surgery, thanks to Dr. Ragusa’s skilled hands.

Post-operatively, Dr. Cruz took exceptional care of my mom, being both attentive and thorough throughout her recovery. The entire office is staffed with professionals who are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate. Every question we had was answered in detail, and all the testing and procedures were explained thoroughly by both the staff and the doctors.

Dr N.Ragusa is one the finest eyes surgeon. He performed cataract surgery and treatment on my left eye in February this year and my eye sight is perfect now. I month ago I was away from NYC in the place where eye doctor was not available except primary care doctor who treated me for eye infection after instructions from Dr Ragusa. I am relatively new to the area and I had a bit of a scare a year ago where my eye did not look right, it was SO red and it had me super concerned that I looked up "closest eye doctor" to me and that’s how I ended up here. Long story short turns out my eye was fine I just sneezed hard and broke a blood vessel or something. Through this though, I found this office and Dr. Ragusa and staff, and I couldn’t be more thankful at how easy they were to deal with, how professional everyone was, and how now looking back how I was treated like a human that was super concerned, and NOT just another number walking through the door. Since then I have been going back for my regular eye exams. While I don't like the sense of urgency / scare that led me to them, but I am happy it did because now I have an eye doctor that I know I can trust and count on.
