STAT Computer Services is amazing. Our dental practice has grown past the point of us being able to manage IT issues on our own. Boyd has come in and "cleaned" up our network and implemented a great backup system. He also has helped connect our new orthodontic scanner, which is not even Mac based. All of our IT issues are quickly handled, most of them remotely within an hour of our initial call. Boyd is friendly, well informed, and most importantly patient. He has reduced our anxieties regarding IT issues at the office which allows us to focus on our patients. Thanks Boyd!

They always showed up exactly on time, professionally dressed in their uniforms, and with face masks in place. The work was excellent. They installed a point-to-point wireless system out to my observatory and overhauled my home network. Performance is now five times faster.

I had first gone to Simutek to help me after I dropped my phone in water and I couldn't get sound, then I got rice in the charging port and it expanded so I couldn't charge my phone. Unfortunately, this was all happening during a family emergency and I, for real, needed a phone! I was trying to communicate with family, book flights and cars and oh my.

The staff at Simutek was not just rude but pretty unsympathetic. I was treated like an outcast without an appointment. I didn't know the rules so I wandered in hoping to get help. Nope. They didn't even make eye contact with me. Well, one employee did but the one who I thought was helping me wouldn't look at me. Like deliberately.

Lucky for me they sent me to STAT!!!! The kind people there helped get my phone back to working and were welcoming and wonderful. (If you're reading this, STAT personnel, thanks again!) I highly recommend them for any tech need you might have.

When my MacBook Pro crashed Chris was out the same day and determined that the hard drive needed to be replaced. He took our laptop to back it up and to install a new hard drive. I had it back two days later in perfect working condition again. I was impressed with Chris' knowledge of our laptop and how quickly he accomplished the job. I highly recommend Chris Peery at STAT Computer Services.
