I made an appointment to see Doctor Chang for a second opinion after having three retinal detachments in the past six months and having some flashing and shimmering in my vision. I also have macular edema. I was extremely impressed with Doctor Chang and his staff at Columbia Ophthalmology. He was not rushed at all and was very compassionate while answering all my questions. He also made several recommendations on how to move forward with resolving my vision problems. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Chang is the man. The man is the best and truly has a gift. Short story on me I became legally blind in my late forties due to retina detachment in both eyes. After numerous surgeries from other surgeons I was left to believe that my life as I new it was going to be changed and difficult.
I decided to give it one more try and so glad that I have. I met Dr.chang and he and his staff are unbelievable. I'm on my way to getting my life back.
The result of my first is surgery is a true blessing and can't wait till he performs his magic to my other eye.
