Our house flooded and the insurance company sent Eddy from ServPro to remediate. He was helpful from start to finish, walking us through the process, and keeping us calm the entire time. His team was quick and efficient in getting fans annd dehumidifiers spread throughout the house and in taking down ceilings and walls damaged by the flood. He kept the work areas sectioned off from the rest of the house and he did not leave any mess once he was done. The Servpro managers Elvis Martinez and Jose Martinez were very professional and ethical. I was a little concerned because Servpro can have a bad reputation for being pushy and unethical in time of need. I had water damage in my apartment due to another unit having a massive fire.
Servpro guys were there to check on things regularly and make sure the mitigation was completed. They kept an open line of communication. They were also timely and let me know of my options. I only used the mitigation services and didn’t hire them for the rebuild. They did have contractors for rebuilding but I had my own contacts.

Anyhow, the Servpro crew were neat and professional when cutting out the ceiling and walls. Everything was dried out so no mould. They made sure everything was covered and did not leave a mess. They were very exacting so they did not cause any further damage which was great. The whole crew was fantastic.

I hope I never have to go through this, but at least my experience with these Servpro guys was a positive one. Just be aware that not all Servpro businesses are equal because they are franchises. I give Elvis and Jose and their crew a big thumbs up.👍
