I have never been more satisfied with a group of network engineers in my life. The professionalism is only surpassed by the depth of knowledge, and the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. Trouble tickets are always processed quickly. Never a problem with their work, and many times their solutions are more elegant than what we came up with ourselves. And the best part is that they are not married to any single vendor.
