Dr. Caleb NG is excellent along with an exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Went here for about 3 years and have never felt any discomfort as a result of any of my treatments, am met with genuine care and compassion for my health, and had a great experience. I'm not one to recommend doctors to anyone typically, I'm happy to recommend Dr. NG and the Retina Consultants staff to anyone in need of their specialty!

My husband had an appointment today at this office, and while the clerks and nurses were excellent, Dr. Caleb C. Ng, M.D., was unprofessional and extremely rude. During the procedure, he attempted to perform laser surgery on my husband. Within just a few minutes of being in the room, he raised his voice at his assistant, saying, "Hold his head firm so I can see, your job is to hold his head!" He then raised his voice twice at my husband, telling him he wasn't participating in the surgery because he wasn't opening his eye wide enough while a bright light was shining in his eye. My husband tried, but the doctor didn't show any patience and seemed distracted.

We later learned that Dr. Ng had another surgery scheduled and only had nine minutes left for my husband's procedure. For a critical surgery that my husband needed, the doctor barely spent 10 minutes with him and didn't give the care and attention expected from a skilled professional.

I would not recommend this office, especially as long as Dr. Ng is working there. I also plan to inform the Costco optometrist who referred us that this location does not reflect the standard of care that Costco is known for. Costco prides itself on excellent customer service, but our experience was far from that. Please consider other options before visiting this office.

Dr. Ramkumar saved my eye after a nasty retina detachment. The eye fell apart. She put it back together, and today it still works better than it has in more than 50 years. Amazing!

Dr. Ramkumar and Her Staff are absolutely fantastic!!
Who'd of thought one could have a fun time going to the eye doctor. We laughed, I cried, good times were had by all.
Can't wait to see them all again and with their help, I'll see them clearly.

My appointment with Dr. Ramkumar was very professional from the time I was called in to the time the doctor spent with me on my eye exam. She checked the results of my exams, went over the medications I'm currently taking and after the results she advised me to continue with one of the medications as it was helping with my eye problem. I'm very happy in having Dr. Ramkumar as one of the doctors I' seeing.
