Our Youth Football team is working with Coach Derrick! Coach Derrick brings a wealth of knowledge and energy for our Boys. We are excited to see how the 17 week program transforms our athletes. It has been a pleasure to also work with Director Erich and Owner Jim! They too have shown genuine interest in our boys and have made this process to set up team training flawless and smooth! Highly recommend ES and its staff to get your athlete(s) to the next level!

I have four kids, and I am a physical therapist, so when my son needed to add some resistance training to stay competitive as middle school (now high school) cross country runner, I had a lot of questions for Elite Speed! Not only were they patient with my questions, they were knowledgable in their answers, and placed my kid with a trainer I liked and trusted. I cannot say enough about Alec W. He is so committed to being the best for his athletes and clients, and just an all around really nice guy. My son did a summer intensive with Alec 2x/week and he improved his PR in cross country by over 1 minute! As a therapist, I have also sent many patients to Alec, knowing they will get phenomenal treatment. We are so thankful for Elite!

My son has been working with Rory at Elite Speed for several months as he prepares for baseball season. My son's speed and strength have both improved significantly as a result of the conditioning. Rory has done an excellent job of keeping the training interesting and my son looks forward to working with Rory each week. I would highly recommend Rory to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.

Elite Speed Sports Performance is definitely the best sports training facility in Colorado! The staff strives to provide quality and educated training to all athletes in every sport. The administration and staff treat everyone who walks in the door like family and are always there to celebrate your accomplishments. I would highly recommend this facility to any athlete!

The overall workout options is amazing: strength, agility, speed, recovery and the room to accommodate it all. Couple that with the friendliness of the staff and options for personal training and Elite Speed really is ELITE!

I started working with Elite Speed after my freshman year. Now as a senior I am a totally different athlete. I worked with Coach Dan and he helped me improve my agility, my max velocity, my vertical, my acceleration, and he helped me gain muscle. Every time I workout at Elite Speed I learn something new. I would absolutely recommend Elite Speed to any athlete looking for a personal trainer.

Awesome facility and staff! Rory is very knowledgable and eager to help you meet your goals. He writes great programs and is willing to listen to your feedback. Rory's programs have helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle even after finishing my time as a college athlete. Highly recommend!

Our son Zach has been training with Rory for several months. Not only has he developed more core strength for baseball season, Rory has helped him improve his muscle flexibility and confidence with his workout for every sport. We would definitely recommend Rory as well as Elite for any youth or adult athlete. Each workout has a different program that eliminates monotony and boredom!
