Sylvia Archuletta was extremely detrimental to my emotional well being by her seemingly off the cuff diagnosis. Which since then I have seen others at other facilities and they agree. Bad counselor.

Steer clear... If you or your kids have a mental health condition, move to a part of the state where they're competent and the admin care. There's no competition in Pueblo for pediatric psychiatry, so you just get what you get... And very often, you are simply turned away. These folks are 2 decades behind and do NOT know what best practice is. Just move now if your kiddos have Medicaid and are constrained to using these services. Go around.

They hardly ever have available slots and they call to reschedule those appointments you do manage to schedule. My child hasn't had an appointment in months and they called to reschedule AGAIN. Kids can't help if they never get seen. Last time we lost out on half of the session because the receptionist forgot to let anyone know we were there.

Horrible! After 6 months of therapy with them, my son became suicidal. When I told his therapist & the Director, they did nothing. Didn't call him. Didn't check up on him. Never asked if he was ok or if he needed them. Then they cancelled his next appointment. Unprofessional, untrained, uncaring, community college students pretending to be therapists.

Have to say been taking my son here for 4 years they had two of the best receptionist they are no longer here. Krista the nurse is great Dr Morales retired now they have some psych doctor who needs meds himself he treats you like you're at a damn auction I have never been rushed out of an appointment and talk to so fast that I kept asking the doctor to repeat himself because I couldn't understand him. The scheduling sucks.

Staff need to learn to time manage more. My daughter had a apt for a hour and had to wait a additional hour and half just for another 1 and half apt. You guys need to make intake appointment a priority too cuz it's not ok that 15 other kids got in while we had to wait a hour and half! This is the 2nd time this has happened and it's the only place in Pueblo. Health solution get it together!

I have been trying for two weeks to get my son in to see his doctor and with the scheduling policy I haven't been able to. I'm strongly against how they chose to handle appointments. Why punish the people that actually keep their appointments just because other's did not.

My cousin has been her multiple times and they aren't doing anything to help her. She has Schizophrenia and bipolar. She has done harm to herself and other people. Family can't take her do to the mental issues she has. Unfortunately we are all up north so its extremely hard to get her the help she needs. Family has talked to people at health solutions and told them, her situation but they keep releasing her to the public. What's it going to take for her to get help? I'm afraid she is going to really hurt someone. With the mental health issues we have had is the past 20 years why aren't they taking this more seriously.?
