I had a Nintendo Switch that had and internal fix that needed to be done. Josh from Glick's IT was professional, punctual and very communicative. He let me know everything from start to finish and promptly updated me if anything changed. His expertise was apparent through the whole process and my Nintendo Switch works perfectly now.

Responsive, he answers his phone and if there's an issue he will come back and fix it. Pleasant to deal with and seems to know his stuff.

Another nice thing is they make house calls, so we don't have to take all our computers and stuff in to an office. If I take it in there, out of it's environment, it may act better or worse, so I prefer the mobile technician.

I really appreciate Josh and Glicks mobile computer service.
