We needed our printer fixed. It was printing in all yellow, not black. It is $100 to have geek squad to come to our house.
Called tech pals. Guy insisted we come to his office. Last time we had printer worked on, geeks said it must be done in our home. Told techpal that.
He said he’d get back to us. Waited a week. No word. Paid geeks. Took them 2 hours. They said repair had to be done in our home. Not happy with tech pals.

The technician that helped me was Leah. She arrived at t.he agreed upon time and answered all my questions about OneDrive. She transferred my documents from 3 machines to the One Drive and wiped the old hard drive. Then she set up automatic back ups to an external hard drive and the OneDrive. Leah also set my iPhone so that pictures I take go automatically to the One Drive.
