We've been using CampMinder for about 2 years now, and we love it. The user interface is pretty intuitive, but you definitely need some time to get used to it since it is such a comprehensive tool. The guides they supply are usually enough, but in a rush I just call their support which might be the best thing about CampMinder.

The support team is truly amazing, I've never had an unpleasant call or been met with a support member who seemed disinterested in my calls. I am truly impressed by their quality and care for their customers.

CampMinder is an incredible company and database system! We have used them with multiple organizations and they are always willing to tailor the system as best they can to our needs. Their support team is always extremely helpful and prompt with any needs or issues, and the system itself is easy to use. We also were able to attend CampMinder Camp, which was one of the best conferences I have attended.

The CampMinder team is by far one of the best groups of people I have ever worked with. When I have questions over the phone or if I submit an online ticket for assistance, they are very helpful and quick to respond. They are always looking to develop their product and I have seen progress happen as they continue to grow and innovate. CampMinder is very helpful with organizing logistics for campers, staff and has overall been a wonderful system for our Camp. I can run specific reports as needed and much more. CampMinder staff have visited our Camp over the summers, wanting to learn how they can best serve their clients, and are truly a progressive and great company to work with. They communicate in advance if they will be closed for holidays, or if their staff will be unavailable for a period of time during typical business hours. I greatly appreciate their culture of care, innovation and customer service. I highly recommend them to other camps!

CampMinder has been an amazing asset to our camp. From running full reports that help us track and analyze our data, to simply assigning cabins and bunks for kids. It has also served us very well in staff hiring and communications. The CampMinder team has been wonderful, always on call and super supportive whenever we have questions. Pros: CampMinder is very user-friendly and has all the features needed for effective enrollment management. From being able to run enrollment reports, to be able to see if a parent opened and read an email, to allow parents to register their child for camp and make payments online at their convenience. CampMinder has helped our organization bring our enrollment process to the 21 century. Before getting CampMinder we were still registering students via a paper system. CampMinder has allowed us to have access to so much more information at our fingertips.

Cons: There is no adult module and adults have to register themselves as children. Our adult students do not like having to use a workaround to register online. However, our adult students still love that they can sign up online at their convenience and make payments.

Although this is what I like least about the software, CampMinder is working on an adult module at the moment and it is currently in Beta testing. Our adult students will be thrilled when this module is available to them.

Overall: CampMinder has allowed us to streamline our registration process and enabled us to have so much access to information via the various reports that we can run through the system. The software has allowed us to better track how students find out about us and follow up on leads and inquiries. We are able to track the workload and enrollment numbers at any time.

CampMinder is an excellent camp management software system. When I became the director of our camp, I thought it would be overwhelming to learn all the details of the job. CampMinder took a while to learn, but once I had it down CampMinder has made everything about running our camp streamlined and easy. It's great!
