Kiri Hall was our Buyer’s Agent for the home we recently purchased in Benson, Arizona. Kiri did a wonderful job as our Buyer’s Agent, she stayed on top of issues as they arose and got them resolved expediently. Kiri went above and beyond to make sure that all contracted parties were getting their jobs done so we could close on our house on time. We would definitely hire Kiri again, as we intend to purchase more land in the future. We think that Kiri Hall would be an excellent choice as your Realtor. We purchased more land a year later with Kiri's help.

I honestly don't know how to write this review for the Long Realty in Benson, and realtor Kiri Hall, in 10 pages or less! Ten years ago we lived on 50 acres near Willcox. We loved it but we,were forced to move due to health reasons. John White was our realtor then and he was able to find us a place we loved...rustic yet not so remote. A little casita in a beautiful mesquite forest, visited by so many beaufiful birds. Eight years later my health forced us to move to the big city of Tucson. John was not working as a realtor anymore so he recommended Kiri Hall. She was amazing and went over and above the duties of realtor...first, she sold our home in one day!! Our old hound had recently died so when she came to see us on business she would her dog with her to cheer us up. As much as we hated moving into town, she found us a place that had so many trees in the yard it looked like a forest!! Well, it took only months before we realized we just could not live in town, no matter how many trees. Even tho Tucson is a bit of a drive from Benson, Kiri agreed to help us sell our home in Tucson and find another home in Benson...again! This time it took her a week to sell our home and she worked for months trying to find us the right home. She found us the perfect home on the outskirts of town with desert on three sides so we feel like we are in the country. In addition to all of the above Kiri helped us with each step of the way, with the paperwork and letting us know ahead of time what was required and when. We are on a fixed income so she made sure we knew ahead of time how much money we would need and when for the various inspections and such. Now that we are settled in our forever home, Kiri has become a friend, who we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We recently recommended Kiri to our son who was buying his first home. It took her only a matter of weeks to find him a hpme and complste the procedure. I honestly can't say enough good things about Kiri and would recommend her to anyone, anytime

Long is awesome. I went in to speak with Kiri Hall and she already had a binder waiting for me when I got there. The binder had property values and properties sold in the area. Kiri also was very loyal to us her customers. I would definitely use Long and for sure would use Kiri Hall again for future buys and or sells.

Don't waste your time or your money. This place was a joke and the waste of time. The lady that does the rentals has too many properties to help a person with questions. The only way to get ahold of her or contact her is through text message. The place was very unorganized and very unprofessional when it came to dealing with my questions and concerns. The day we were supposed to move into our home the realtor tells me the owners will not pay to have the house painted inside. Which she told me she would have done the week before. So later that night I drove by the property after a rain and found the home to have two feet of water inside the yard that the realtor failed to mention. I then told her I would not take the house and get my deposit back. So when I went to go pick up my deposit nobody was there there was a number on the door which I called only to be directed to another person who was almost home. Once the lady arrived back at the office she could not find any paperwork or any deposits that I was supposed to get returned to me. While she was looking for these items she was texting the realtor back and forth who refuses to answer her phone. Now that we didn't take the house we have to keep looking for a new place to rent in or around Benson. The way I see it is a blessing in disguise I would have not enjoyed renting from this company and should have realized that from the beginning.

Go somewhere else if you are looking for a competent realtor.

Got into a short sale purchase contract, and realtor was clueless about the idiosycrasies with this type of purchase. Fought us when we wanted to cancel the contract - had to contact the broker, and he was just as bad!

Long Realty has some good people, but not here.

Slum lords, never fixed anything. Asked many times nothing was ever done. Even told me owner had to have money to speed money.. Holes in ceiling and floors. My dog even fell threw floor.

Worst company, bought our house and they never did a septic inspection or cleaned out the septic. My wife worked there and they still owe her money to this day.
