The people at IT Goat are always so helpful and have fixed issues so quickly! In this case, I received a malware popup that was removed and they went so far as to run scans to make sure no harm was done to my hard drive! I am so grateful to this company! Another thing I like about IT Goat is that they don't speak IT to me. They are able to communicate what's going on in "real person" language.
