I highly recommend this program for elderly seniors and the disabled age 55+. They have a lot of support services for Seniors to stay healthy & happy!

The mission of InnovAge is to allow seniors to live life on their terms – by aging in place, in their own homes and communities, for as long and as safely as possible.

All of their staff are caring, respectful and kind and treat them like their own family.

The bus drivers are friendly and keep seniors feeling safe and protected and cared for.

The Senior dining room is quite the experience! Friendly staff serve delicious and nutritious home cooked meals daily, for all to enjoy!

Breakfast, lunch and snacks are available Monday-Friday. The food alone is worth over $400/month! There are currently two lunch times at 11:00 am and 12 Noon.

There is a senior care clinic, podiatrists, ophthalmologists acupuncture specialists for pain , podiatrists, dietitians, a dental clinic with Dr. Phil and Dr. B and the have their own dental lab. They do all kinds of dental work there and folks get brand new dentures if needed!

Hearing aids and new glasses too!

There’s a lymphedema clinic too for people that have poor circulation and swelling.

Each senior gets a social worker to help them with paperwork from Medicare, medicaid and social security and additional help when needed.

There’s a huge therapy gym with professional physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists that help seniors M-F with balance issues and reaching walking goals.

They’ve helped people walk again that were always stuck in a wheelchair!!

Really fun senior activities like bingo, making cute crafts, painting, drawing, puzzles and making and enjoying new friendships and old ones too.

Seniors love it and are never isolated or alone again. They can go the the Senior center whenever they want to.

I like that you can go to various hospitals and not just the county hospital. ER visits and ambulance is paid too. Innovage has a huge network of specialty physicians.

Seniors never get a bill while being part of Innovage. Must stay within network, and they help a lot by making your doctor appointments for you. Seeing your pcp is easier too! No 2-3 weeks out!!

There is free transportation for all doctor appointments and also to and from the Senior Health and wellness center.

99.9% of seniors never pay anything out of pocket for the program.

Seniors keep all of their social security and pensions too.

Plus Innovage is contracted with the VA so veterans can enroll too! Thank you for your service!

It’s called PACE “Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly”.

The goal is to keep people living in their own homes as long as possible and not going into a nursing home.

Medications are all paid for and hand delivered to you at your home or given to you by your friendly Innovage bus driver.

Must be 55+ to enroll and have medical conditions and income that is less than $2800/month. If income is over that, income trust can be set up.

Horrible center I would never recommend sending your loved ones there they act like they care but they don’t they try to point fingers and say that the family is in the wrong and neglecting but in reality they do nothing but neglect the doctors kept telling my grandma she had gout and just kept giving her antibiotics even after we told them it wasn’t gout and they would get mad if you try and do outside appointments if they didn’t set it so what did that lead to it lead to my grandma having to get her leg amputated. There is definitely a lot more but all I’m going to say is if you care about your loved ones do not send them to this center. My grandma passed and do you think any of them cared no except for two of her drivers.

This is an amazing program for Seniors.. InnovAge provides all your Wellness Card to make sure there are no missing gaps in your care. I love that InnovAge arranges all the transportation.

I really like Innovage as they help lower income Seniors with all levels of healthcare, day center for recreation and education. Transportation to all medical appointments. Innovage does a great job helping aging adults!

My husband has been going to Innovage Lakewood for two years. He really likes the facility and the staff there. I believe this is one of the better locations based on some of the other reviews I have read. I like it because I can go to work and feel he is safe and good hands. It is very convenient that they pick him up and bring him home and saves me a lot of time. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because communication could be better within the organization and caregiver but small issue compared to getting good care.

Our Dad has been apart of the program since before the pandemic. But since the pandemic, the quality of care has drastically decreased. Not only was there not any available day program centers available for him but he has not been seen by an "innovage approved" Doctor since the beginning of this year and his health keeps deteriorating! Furthermore, theses so called "Innovage Approved" long term facilities are a joke. They are litterly the worst rated facilities in Denver! Between mismanaging his care and not being very good at returning phone calls, unless a state social worker is involved, this is the worst "care provider team" that I have ever encountered! Turning our Healthcare organizations into for profit mega centers is the worst kind of capitalism being suffered by our elderly community, just don't do it!!!!

This medical facility is not for the public. You must be a registered participant. It is for the elderly. They take care of your medical needs and send you to specialist if you need them. They are the participants primary care physician.They also provide social interactions for the elderly like making puzzles or watching a big screen TV or playing the radio or having guest speakers. They also provide computer usage and they provide lunch everyday for them. But now with covid they only serve a limited number of their clientele these days.
