Let me start off by just saying I hate having to go to a phone store due to past experiences spending hours and hours at a store and still not being satisfied. Happened to work with Kaleb and he definitely got his self a returning customer he made the process so much easier and actually enjoyable, I love my new phone and he was actually able to lower my bill for me and show me new features! I recommend this store 100%

I want to share that we have had excellent service from Eva Corral, your employee at your Firestone, Colorado store. She was so helpful and courteous, and very patient when showing me, a very tech-ignorant senior citizen, how to use my new phone. My husband and I both acquired new phones, and we are very appreciative of the service and assistance she provided. You should be proud to have her as a representative of your company.

Trey and Paul have helped us a few times. The first time was when I traded in my iPhone 12 mini on the same day that Verizon had nationwide outages. Paul got me set up even though it took longer than expected. Trey helped me and my mom when we decided to switch plans. Paul helped us again when my mom got an iPhone 16. He made sure she had everything she needed. Everyone at this store is kind and helpful. They’re always willing to answer questions about phones, service, or the home internet.

Kevin Zimmerman helped me get a new phone. Amazing sales professional and consultative approach to selling me not only the right phone but helped me bundle my plan and save me money!! Highly recommend this location and sales associate. Super happy and didn’t find that kind of customer service at other locations.

It is with great regret that I find myself compelled to write this review. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years and have generally enjoyed the quality of service provided. However, my recent experience with customer service has been disappointing. Shortly after purchasing my phone, I sought to exchange it due to my dissatisfaction. During this process, Tyler, the sales representative, had initially encouraged me to consider an upgrade. Yet, when I returned to discuss the exchange, I experienced an uncomfortable conversation with Tyler, who implied that my request for an upgrade was a source of trouble for him.

About a year and a half ago I purchased a phone at the Frederick/Firestone location with a promotion. The person put the promotion in incorrectly and I was getting charged monthly for the phone I had already paid for. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Verizon to rectify this and keep getting promises that I will receive a credit on “next month’s” bill. The next month, no credit. This has been happening for over a year and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

"Walked in fairly late to get a new phone transferred onto the account as well as some other things and Caleb was very helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to show me through the apps and the ins and outs of the plan add ons. He stayed late on a Sunday night just to make sure I was taken care of."
