The PC Works team is fabulous!! I now have a brand new, better computer in the same computer, for much less the price of buying a new one!!! I am so excited that my computer is faster and more efficient than ever. It was easier for me to use the same computer due to the familiarity of it. PC Works even got the info off the broken hard drive for me! What a group! Nice people, helpful, uses layman's terms so I can understand, and really not that expensive. We moved into our new building a year and a half ago. I have 8 network computers. I had an IT person set everything up and we were sort of on a roll. Things were working but not communicating well. I have had 2 different companies here and many hours of Tech costs over the last year and a half. I called PC Works with an emergency on my personal lap top which they fixed and upgraded to windows 7. I decided to get them into the office to see what they could charge me for and not fix!
Well I was amazed. It is all working very well and was handled within a visit or 2. Thank You PC Works! You are awesome! I know who to call now, first.

I had a really great experience with PC Works. They were honest about whether or not I should even try to get my laptop repaired, and when I decided on getting a new one they were so helpful with setting it up and transferring from my old dead one. They were quick and super friendly, and the price was totally reasonable. It's nice to know who I'll be going to if I ever have any other problems.

I don't usually write reviews, but I want everyone in need of help with their
PC/tech problems to know about PC Works in Prescott Valley. I was looking for a local PC repair online , my older laptop had stopped working, and I was impressed by the info I was reading on PC Works
web page and found that their company was located within two miles of my home! I went to their shop and dropped off my lap top, I met the
owners and a couple of their techs, they were all very professional and explained everything. Within two days my lap top was repaired and the price was very reasonable. I would trust this company with any future
PC/tech needs or repairs.
