I’ve been with Ent for I believe around 10 years. I absolutely love their customer service and almost everything that they do. I would highly recommend going with a smaller Credit Union like them over one of the big dogs. Their customer service is easy to talk to and they treat you like a person. I called today to extend out a loan payment for my truck and they are more than happy to help you and it’s not a big deal. They don’t shame you they’re there for you.

Made numerous attempts to start a business account across multiple branches. We were told that we could just walk in with the correct paperwork and start an account. However, after 2 attempts over 2 different days being told that the people trained to open these accounts were not available, we decided to make an appointment. The only available appointment was 2 days away. After waiting the 2 days, we showed up to speak with the account manager only to be asked if we had received a call earlier notifying us of the appointment being canceled, which we hadn't! I told the person we'd been trying to speak with a person all week to start this account was there someone else who could help. They said there were only 2 people trained in starting these accounts and they were both out that day. ENT has delayed our business from being able to carry out transactions for an entire week and the remedy was to schedule ANOTHER appointment ANOTHER week out.
We decided to take our business across the street and had a fully functioning business account within the hour.

Attempted to contact the responding party with the number they provided, and was sent to a voice-mail after 2 rings. Just another swing and a miss ENT!!

I recently had my dad die. As such, the taking care of accounts and financial things has been an experience that I would not give to an enemy, the number of legal hoops in showing, proving that I am the one that has the authority to finish these accounts off has been rough, like so many copies of the death certificate and verbally fighting folks over their wanting the original vs a copy. My dad ended his life with suffering with dementia, we should have come in earlier to start handling these things, but hindsight is clear vision, for we found duplicate accounts at times, very old and very late owing on accounts, accounts open to places that make no sense in having. It has been a strange journey and yet ENT staff have not only been there to advise, but they have also, with my blessing afterwards, taken care of a couple of attempts at identity thefts, stealing money from his account, and just plain evil intents. I cannot tell people enough good/great things the staff have done for me on this matter, but then on my own account. I had a nearly fatal cardiac event in 2021, so the fact I had to relearn, start over on walking and standing, for stamina has not been there, has been troubling. I never thought I would need to relearn things as simple as them, but life is full of reminders that we are never in control of it. I am in the middle of getting the settlements from the work I was doing that added stress to me at the time that no stress was needed, I bake, and none of it is not already known weeks in advance, yet with no supervision that did not care to get to know the workers like me, but just add pressure and stress to do more, better, faster was the cause of the event. Plus, we are not to actually say it was, but the fact that my cardiac system today is still top notch but had experienced a mystery of a cause to the way it failed, they still do not understand what failed or how it failed but is graded as in A+ condition. So, with the fact that I am receiving lump sums of money, I had now, new questions on investments, which ENT, recommended a service to me on getting me more knowledgeable on them, very well looking out for my welfare, my peace of mind, my health, my life.

I've been an ENT client for 14 years. I am pleased with the in-person customer service as well as the phone customer service. I like that they notify me when the online is going to be down for maintenance so I have time to work around it. The location is convenient and the premises are clean and well maintained. The ATM is also very convenient. I like the friendly faces and cheerful staff. I like the currant rate offered on my CD's. I like the free check registers and free pens. ENT knows how to serve their clients.

If I could leave zero I would. Turns out if someone sends you money to ent through zelle it will not be processed into your account. If you try to get help from ent they will laugh at you. I went into this location and spoke with Deb. The lady next to her interrupted to tell me that I was out of luck because "ENT don't do zelle." So if you think ent cares about the little money you have to scrape by, they don't.
