When reasons of age and health made a move to be closer to our kids a good idea, we selected Dana Bossert, a member of Tupper’s Team at Madison & Co. Properties in Bergen Park to represent us in the sale of our Evergreen home. A good friend recommended Dana, and since Tupper Briggs had sold us our Evergreen house, it seemed like a good way to proceed. The association turned out well, and we’d like to recommend Dana.
Go to her office and you’ll see her Sales awards that indicate she is good at her job. Here are some details that tell why she earned those awards. For us there were three areas which were important.
1. We had some unusual goals in the sale that were important to us. Dana took those goals onboard and worked as our honest broker to achieve them, never wavering in her support.
2. She is an excellent communicator and minder of the schedule. She was always ahead of the buyer’s representative on the sales process, and when needed, she helped us to understand how the process works, especially with respect to county regulations and recently changed real estate standards.
3. She is an excellent negotiator, able to cut through the smoke and focus on the essentials of the deal with good alternatives and counter positions. In our case this was very important.

On top of this, Dana is a very nice person. We enjoyed the relationship.

Jennifer Trinco is everything and more you would want from a real estate agent in representing you. We wanted to sell our house in Evergreen and reached out to Jennifer. She came over, was very upbeat about our home. She arranged for a stager to come by and give us recommendations on what to do - which we did. Jennifer then recommended a listing price - which we agreed with and then set a date that she thought from her research would be optimal timing to sell it. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with Carrie Hurich! Carrie assisted us in the sale of our home in Evergreen and was amazing. We were building and has many delays, but Carrie was patient and understanding ! She always promptly answered our emails and phone calls. Our home was under contract within three days of being posted. She held our hand every step of the way explaining in simple terms all aspects of the contract.
