Building dept is operated like its 1985. Credit card machine is always down, you have to physically drive over there to do anything and maybe they are open at 2 in the afternoon and maybe they aren't. Mid roof inspections! Ha, ask any other building dept in Colorado and they phased those out years ago. This place is operating in the stone age. Just re roof houses without pulling building permits is the best solution. If citizens wonder why roofs are so expensive, we charge more in Frederick than across the street in Erie because of all the silly hassles we have to deal with in Frederick. Have fun paying 9% more for the same roof... you can thank your local building dept. for that.

YOUR RESIDENTS DESERVE BETTER!!! Town of Frederick LOVES to turn its resident's water off - without warning. If your credit card used for automatic payments is declined, they do not notify you. They will not even give you a courtesy call. They will just turn your water off. THIS IS EXTREMELY DISRUPTIVE AND UNDIGNIFIED.

My wife Wanda & I had an incredibly nice evening at the new PEELS eating some wood fire baked Calzones and listening to Dave croon the patrons during their special invitation opening. Afterword we had some ice cream at the little ice cream stop right beside PEELS. Great food, great music and a great evening in Frederick!

Town clerk verbally assaulted me double charged me and accused me of trying to use a credit card that didn’t have money on it, she double charged both cards and then tried to have the cop take me outside. Cop and I had a talk, this lady does this almost every day😂
