Owner there is great very helpful and informative. I took several devices there. He was honest upfront and fair about cost and weither or not its worth fixing a device vs getting a new one not in a sales way but in a honest way. He did not try to sell me anything new on items deemed not repairable just informative about all 6 things. He fixed my R3 issues and its running better than new. I no longer have the issues that have plagued me for few years. Couldn't be happier with it all spent under $800 to fix and evaluate 6 electronics. Screen replacement's, extensive battery replacement, data recovery, data / memory expansion, and upgraded my R3.

My first experience with CS years ago was for a local business' primary store computer- the installed Custom Paint/Color program plus hundreds of saved customer formulas were unusable. CS replaced the hard drive AND were able to reinstall their software plus restore all of their customer's formulas. In addition to giving the 25 year family owned business an extremely reasonable price on the repairs, they provided an additional onsite visit at no additional charge...making for an amazing customer service experience.

After remembering that they also sold refurbished/used laptops, I gave them a call briefly explaining my stretched financial position and providing them with some pretty specific requirements I wanted MY computer have.

The moment I walked into Computer Solutions, I was greeted by Karly at the counter. She immediately recognized the problem with my computer and rectified it. Within an hour was up and running. I would highly recommend this company. If I have another issue, I know who to call . GREAT JOB!

Literally don't bother taking your computer here. He (Jesse) mentioned things over the phone that he just ends up saying in person he did not do. Way overpriced for the screen I wanted replaced. So, I just ended up paying $90 where he was originally going to charge $140. All for this man to have my computer sit in his shop and have nothing done to it. Thanks for the waste of time and money spent. Wish there was a button to push for no stars.
