This platform handles the multiple venues we have on campus as well as the contracts, invoicing, and correspondences with ease! The platform is customizable to fit your event planning needs. We absolutely love using the Planning Pod software. Since transitioning from our previous property management system, it has significantly improved our engagement with both current and potential clients.

Our favorite feature is the pipeline; it provides an easy, at-a-glance view of where our clients are in the booking process, which has been incredibly helpful.

We’re looking forward to additional features in the floor plan section, but for now, we’ve been able to make do with what’s available.

Great software for my needs! We run an event agency and do all kinds of different events. I needed a dynamic tool that allows me to manage my vendors, clients, and staff, assign them to different projects/events, and create event scenarios ("BEOs") for every event. It's improved the events for me and my team but also my vendors and clients. Also friendly customer care which is so important. Cheers!

Our organization fully switched our event management to Planning Pod about 6 months ago and it has improved so many aspects of our business. New lead collection is so much better, and our customers love the client portal and all that comes with it. The payment processing has synced to our Quickbooks really well and I personally really like how templates have made drafting and customizing proposal so much easier. Thanks!

We switched to Planning Pod from another events management program just over a year ago, and we're so glad we did! The floorplan creator, lead pipeline, BEO creator, and calendars are efficient and easy to use. The proposals and invoices are descriptive without being cumbersome. But the best part is the customer service! Any concerns are acknowledged immediately and forwarded to the appropriate department, with constant progress updates. Everyone is great, but Jenny specifically has helped us many times and is so appreciated. Kudos to all at PP!!
