Update to below review: I called Client solv and reported this recruiter for her unprofessional activity, and she immediately went and stalked my linkedin profile after I called. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE.

Watch out for fraudulent activity from this MSP. Kristen Mansell contacted me on Indeed under the profile name Hannah Herbst, set up an appointment to speak with me on my lunch hour, which is valuable time in the middle of my work day, and was a no-call/no-show to that appointment. If this is what a staffing recruiter thinks is "professional" or "respectful", you should be very wary of dealing with them, or giving them any of your time during the day. Even if you need a job (which I don't), this behavior should be considered highly unprofessional.

I’ve called for over a week and I keep getting a voicemail once routed to a recruiter. Please let people make appointments for a better time frame fit on both sides. The receptionist forgot to mute her mic and she talked about just routing to voice mail sounds like some people just don’t want to work glad that’s not my problem.

I was contacted by Tony S., and interviewed twice for a job with one of his clients. After the second interview, client said they really liked me. Tony said he would follow up and find out the result, and I never heard back from him again after trying to reach him for three days via voice mail and email. Ironically a friend was competing with me for the same job and got it, so I knew the inside story.

Candidates are people that take real risk, real time off and make sacrifices for these interviews trying to improve their lives. We don't need dime-a-dozen types like Tony getting in the way of our careers.

I hope all the other recruiters aren't like this there, but based on my experience, don't bother interviewing through this firm, they don't take your career or their clients seriously.

The only star I'm giving is because the recruiters I worked with were good at communication during the interview process. It was like I was on an island once I was placed with the emplyer. Responses from HR have been short and unhelpful when requesting information. These guys dont seem very interested in doing much of anything but placing people and wiping their hands clean. Having contracted in the past with other companies, I would say "shop around" to anyone looking at working with these guys.

ClientSolv has been awesome too me, I have been able to do contracts through them and make some extra cash. Everyone is super nice and it's a pretty short process.
