Hi Country helped us select a system that worked with our existing hardware which significantly reduced our capital outlay. The transition to the new system went beautifully. We did some business with Hi Country Wire & Telephone as we replaced our phone system for a resort in Telluride. Our experience with this vendor was exemplary from start to finish. The wealth of knowledge contained by all from the owner to the installers to the technicians is second to none. Our installation went through very smooth as on schedule as planned. Further, the company was able to review all of our telephone bills and renegotiate them with our telephone vendors helping us decrease our ongoing telephone costs significantly to more than 50%; their knowledge of the telephone bills helped a lot when it came to this process. After installation support from this company has been handled very well as well with little to no turnaround time completing the few tickets we have opened expediently.

HCWT had won two major contr acts for new phone system projects at Guadalupe Mountains National Park, TX on October 2016 and January 2017. Their services are excellent. One of the technician, Scott Altman, is very professional and friendly. He masters Avaya phone systems and always being helpful. He is highly recommended for solving Avaya issues in timely manner. Plus, the executive director federal, Joseph Joyce, is a great person to communicate with. Hopefully to work with them again in the near future.

This company is our PBX support. I was advised their Engineer Dustin "knows his stuff". It turns out Dustin is a very knowledgeable Engineer with the product I own and has steered us in the right direction, through upgrades, updates and configurations. The reason I am giving this company a big fat zero is because they give you guarantee's on dates that they will be onsite, do work, CALL BACK, get you info, and whatever else you need from a company you are paying to support you, they deliver on NONE of it. They rarely return phone calls, no matter if you call the owner. They respond to approximately every 32nd email you send them and when you request a status update on an ongoing project/operation you usually receive the answer "I'll let know you need an update, they are out of town all week", it seems their email system only works in town. So now that I have said all of that, the short of it is, the company has a good engineer working for them but the company itself it poorly managed. I would recommend you look elsewhere for support of your telco system.
