AM first and foremost provides a quick response to issues. As soon as a problem is found, they have staff members contacting you, and they are sending technicians on site when necessary. Their staff have been professional and courteous. I am particularly grateful that they send the same people to respond to our calls, because we get to know them.
I am near the bottom rung of our company setup, but I feel like I get priority treatment every time. If you need a tech support branch, you can stop looking after Athens Micro.

Athens Micro has been our IT solution and they've been excellent.

PROS:
- Availability. Whether by phone, remote desktop, or in person, they're there when you need them (None of that 'submit a ticket and sit on your thumbs for 48 hrs' hogwash).
- Agents are not only helpful, but personable too. Either they're nicer than the average IT folk, or they're better at hiding the sass. Either way, it's appreciated.
- Huge variety of services and ways they can help your business on the computer tech end.

CONS:
- Can be pricey. Obviously, this is a case-by-case thing as plans vary, but it's worth noting that this is definitely an investment to budget for.

Athens Micro has a very friendly Help Desk System. Response is immediate. Their communication is excellent and once a technician is assigned, you are informed. Of all the technicians that I have worked with, I have been very pleased. They stick to the problem until it is resolved.

They are very willing to get on a conference call with our software provider to get a problem resolved.
