Small but well stocked, organized, and clean. Employees are friendly, as well as helpful without being annoying about it.

They offer propane refills**, and also have a lumber yard. I haven't checked out either, and I'm confident they're up to the standards of the rest of the store.

** after some incidents of propane exchange tanks overheating and venting, companies are REQUIRED BY LAW to not fill them all the way up. Even before this happened, it was WAY cheaper to get your tank refilled than to exchange it. Now, even more so, because it's legal to REfill propane tanks to capacity, and it STILL costs a lot less than exchanging the tank.

I bought a generac generator from this store November 7. Took it home started fine but when I hooked a drill to it to make sure it worked there was no power. I went back 4 days later on November 11 to see if I could trade it for one that works or if they can fix it. I was told they won't do anything to try to get it working. When I said I'll return it then, I was informed to contact generac. "Numbers in the booklet that came with the generator". Usually the people here are nice and friendly. Had my chainsaw serviced here. Bought two chainsaws here. Never shopping here again.

Just moved to South Park and getting started on some projects; the staff here is the best I've ever worked with. You can come here and be completely set up for whatever you need. It was a totally different experience from the big box stores, where it's oftentimes fend for yourself. They fill up propane by the gallon, too.

The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the people behind the registers aren't. They were rude, didn't even say thank you or have a nice day, just looked at you like, ok go away now
