Fantastic experience. Jennifer and Kendra went out of their way to help us select and locate snow tires on short notice-gave us lots of options, and were quick to communicate and try to work with us to find a set that worked for us. The team went above and beyond when our tires hadn't arrived by our scheduled appointment, and drove over Hoosier pass to collect them personally. This crew earned our business every step of the way, and we were thrilled with the friendly service we received in person. These folks get it. 10/10. Bonus points for amazing shop dogs.

Utopia tires in Fairplay did a great job on my 2006 Toyota tundra. I had a broken leaf spring. They ordered the parts quickly. And I was able to schedule it within a week of initially seeing them. It took them just half a day to fix it. My truck feels great, sturdy and strong. And I have to specifically thank Jordan for being so nice and nice when I first brought it in and asked if he could just come out and look at it real quickly so I could show him what was wrong. He took the time to come out and take a look, so that I did not have to leave my car there all day. Thank you, Jordan! And thank you Utopia tires for getting me in so quickly and fixing my truck. Very much appreciated!

I would like to share that I had the absolute best customer service and auto repair experience at Utopia Tire and Auto Repair today. Jennifer greeted me as I entered their shop and immediately set me up with a repair technician to address my concerns and notified a mechanic who pulled my vehicle in and started the diagnostic process. I was in FairPlay from out of town. It appeared that my vehicle was losing cooling fluid. My code said I was having a problem with my cooling system. As it turned out the thermostat had been changed the previous week and Jordan explained that the system just had air in it. He topped off the system with cooling fluid and ran a pressure check and all was well. Jennifer and Jordan were both very helpful and took care of it the same day. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Highly professional, Jordan is my truck mechanic, I trust him with every little thing, he owns an ancient Toyota truck himself, he is conscientious and very very adept. It’s important to me that my 2010 Toyota tundra be serviced so that it lasts forever. And that is what I get from Jordan.
