This summer (2024) I was working with a contractor on plans to update our Summit County condo kitchen and learned that before starting any work I needed asbestos testing in the project area. I was concerned that this step was going to set my renovation back by minimally a couple of weeks. My contractor recommended Summit Asbestos Testing, LLC, so I gave them a call. Nicole was a great resource for helping me understand where asbestos might be, what to test, how the tests were done, and how long the lab turnaround would be. Further, she patiently answered my many questions and was able to get Tyler out to my unit right away. Unfortunately for me, asbestos was found. However, on the positive side I have a thorough report describing where I have asbestos, and the whole process took a bit over a week.
