Worst customer service ever! I took my teenage sister to return school books. She walked in to a miserable heavy set older women with blonde grayish long hair. She was incredibly rude to my sister and the customer right after her. Pretty much just nodding no to everyone that walked up but never saying why or getting off the phone. All she wanted to do was talk on the phone and not work. She told the person on the phone “Ugh I have a customer, hold on”, then acted like my sister was an inconvenience to her day by asking a few questions about how to ship her books. Because my sister didn’t know all the new procedures with the virus, she was rudely told read the signs!, your package is too big, which it was a very small box, and VERY snooty said “We usually like to ship things before we are closed, of course they were an hour and a half from close. When I asked her why she was so rude to my younger sister that clearly didn’t know and just had a few questions. She said it’s because she’s the only one there. By the end of it she had my sister crying. That’s definitely no reason or excuse to mistreat your customers or locals in our community. Masks are also required to walk into the store, but this lady decided she didn’t need a mask when yelling at her local customers. This lady should not have a job dealing with people.

Horrible customer service! The woman that said she owns the business was extremely rude and downright hateful. I will never go back and I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
