This is a great location for private work and group collaboration and events. We have enjoyed meeting both our chamber leads group and Netoworking mixer groups here in one of their conference rooms. The conference rooms have a kitchen area that makes it easy to serve refreshments. And Denise the manager is really welcoming and supportive helping to coordinate the right fit set up for our meeting events. She even gave two generous door prizes of a complimentary rental day use of one of their private offices. I won one of those and am really grateful and excited to go back for a day and experience working in a private office there.

I came to Colorado from Maryland for the month of August to finish training and altitude acclimate for the Leadville 100 Mile Trail Run. I found Peak Cowork on a Google search and working there turned out to be some of the best part of my trip
This place is fantastic. The founders, Adam and Alexis, have designed a modern welcoming workspace for people needing space on demand. They offer private offices, dedicated desks in shared workspace, or drop in access to the shared workspace. I chose the drop in access with a one-month membership for $199. This is a bargain with all the amenities available. First, the workspace is available 24/7 which was fantastic for me working East Coast hours starting at 5am local time. The internet is fast Wi-Fi. I run several remote desktops on servers during the day, remote tech support software, Zoom meetings, and make calls with a desktop IP phone. I never had any problems with disconnects or latency. There are about 10-12 desks available in the shared workspace. Since I arrived at 5am everyday I was able to choose whichever desk I wanted. Usually, the space never filled up during the day. Only one day was fairly busy. I believe it was after a storm and locals had lost internet in their homes. Typically, there were only 4-5 people in the shared space a day while I was there. This place is new so I assume it will begin to get busier as people learn about it.
There is a community kitchen-break room with unlimited coffee and snacks. Since I was training for a 100 mile run I was consuming over 5000 calories a day. I couldn’t stay away from all the snacks in the break room, and they just kept replacing them lol. They stocked the break room with things like Clif Bars, Kind Bars, Protein Bars, Potato chips, Pretzels, Pistachios, Aussie Bites, Peanuts, Cheddar Cheese snacks, Cup of Noodles, Yogurt, Oh Snap Pickles. They had a Lavazza Machine for making coffee and espresso drinks. There were like 10 different types of loose-leaf teas. There were club soda drinks and even some IPA’s and beer in the fridge. I probably got half my membership worth out of all the snacks!
The membership included access to a gym that has some nice equipment. There are free weights, kettlebells, tread mill, bike, rower, Smith machine. Gym access is worth probably half the price of the drop in or shared space rate. If there were a shower available to use after the gym or commuting to the office it would be fantastic, however currently there is not. There is a wellness room adjacent to the shared space where you can go do yoga or meditate if you need a break during the day. Some people use the room to make private calls during the day. They also let you use vacant corner offices to make private calls. They have an in-house massage therapist. I’m not sure how this works and didn’t take advantage of it. But if you feel like you want a massage in the middle of the day, I assume you can just schedule one an appointment with the therapist and you won’t have to go anywhere. The studio is adjacent to the shared work. The location is close to Elk Meadow Park, Bergen Park, and Fillius Park. At lunch time I went for little hikes on the hill at Fillius Park for a half hour. After work I went to Elk Meadow Park to hike Bergen Peak which is a 9,700’ peak for some Leadville training. Elk Meadow Park is also fantastic for mountain biking.
The people that run Peak are fantastic. Raquel is the community manager who met me on the first day at like 5:30am to get me set up. During my whole stay she was always checking to see how I was doing. She also suggested some local activities to do during our stay in Colorado. I met Adam and Alexis on my second week after they returned from a trip. They are all wonderfully friendly people. All the other clients I met were great too. You can network and meet new friends here. By the time I left everyone felt like family, and we were sad to be leaving. Raquel even got some surprise cupcakes to celebrate my successful finish in Leadville.

I love this place! I escaped to Peak Cowork from my home office for two weeks during an extensive home improvement project. What I found there was a beautiful and inviting space, friendly staff who catered to my every need, and great business and personal amenities. The location also offers good access with excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance. Parking is readily available. I was able to be very productive and I enjoyed my time there so much that I am seriously considering renting one of their offices full-time. Highly recommend!

Excellent space, excellent location and fantastic people. I have only been a member for a couple of months, but can say it is well worth it. I joined simply to try and get a better balance in my life and create more separation between work/home/play. It has worked for me so far and the investment is well worth it for my small business. Their space is inviting, modern feeling, and the the equipment they selected is fantastic (I love being able to stand up and work sometimes). The staff have been beyond friendly and the leaf tea, and fizzy water have been a great addition to my afternoon routine! Highly recommend.

Peak Cowork is an ideal place to office out of. Whether it is a single day, week or everyday, they make you feel at home and part of the family. With a kitchen full of snacks, excellent views of the mountains of Evergreen, large curved monitors, adjustable sit/stand desks, and private video call booths available, there is no better place to work. I can’t recommend the Peak Cowork more. Well worth it!

Fantastic coworking space! I needed a coworking space for a job interview while I was staying in nearby Idaho Springs, and this space was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating to my interview schedule, even when I needed to arrive to the coworking space prior to standard business hours. I would highly recommend this coworking location based on the space, internet speed, and the people working here to keep it running smoothly. A great find in Evergreen, CO. A thunderstorm blew out our internet and with a critical meeting looming, Adam welcomed me into the space at Peak Cowork with little notice. He even helped me get some documents printed in a hurry.
The space is calming and well planned out.
Will definitely be joining this workspace again, and highly recommend if you are looking for a very zen space to get some work done....and with great wifi!

Yes, this place deserves 5 stars. If I could give more, I totally would! Staff are super friendly. I used the shared space for a week and it worked out perfectly. It's clean and the added amenities are great. I used the gym once and there is all kind of equipment. Clean kitchen/break room as well. Thanks again Peak!
