So friendly!! Everyone I’ve used their services it’s quick, well organized, knowledgeable and such nice staff! I’ve only used the package services but there are many services such as printing and worth looking up to see what else they offer. Hopefully, if there is a need, they will expand weekend hours and offer the Amazon UPS return service because that’s the only thing they don’t have that I would use a lot!

Erie is SO lucky to have this business! I will never go to the Post Office again! Friendly staff, bright and cheery space, and in and out pretty quickly! I love also that they support local artists and sell locally made earrings, stickers, etc there. Kelly and her team are top-notch! Love Tape and Twine!
