The consultation with Fyona was an added treat, making the visit even more memorable and leaving me feeling completely at ease and so comfortable about everything!

Fiona and Dr. Kevin were extremely personable while making me feel comfortable and at ease at the location in New York City. What’s even better is that they both have impeccable expertise. I would highly recommend choosing Consultant Clinic. I have been following their Instagram account for a while and noticed how consistent their work is. That’s when I knew I had to pay them a visit, even if the ?work I got done was pricey. I didn’t mind the price because it was evident from said consistency plus amazing results that they know what they are doing! My face looks great and I am excited to see it when it heals!

Dr Kevin at The Consultant Clinic is phenomenal. His calm demeanor and amazing bedside manner are top notch. He is patient and willing to answer any questions. The office is gorgeous and well run. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I've been treated by the consultant clinic during at least 8 different visits over the span of several years. I kept going back because their bedside manner admittedly is great (specifically Dr.Kevin). I've been treated very kindly by everyone from the receptionist to the medical professionals treating me. The medical professionals were always very knowledgeable and never pushed procedures. They also were honest and I felt they were always trustworthy.

Despite all of this, I will never go back again and would warn others to not get treated by the Consultant Clinic. They keep embarrassingly poor records of their patients; on multiple occasions I had to tell my injector what they previously treated me with because they just didn't have record of it. This led to them over injecting me over the years, and I quite frankly just had no idea because I didn't know better. After years of this, I finally went to another injector after only having gone to the Consultant Clinic because I wanted a second opinion as my face looked off and I was losing mobility in my face. I had mentioned this to the Consultant Clinic and their digital team sent me a nasty email and basically told me that I was imagining things.

This new injector then revealed to me that I had filler down my entire chin, filler from my nose down to the lip (in the "peach fuzz" area"), and filler migrated way past the sides of my lips. I was completely heart broken at this news because I trusted that the Consultant Clinic would've been able to see this and advise me on dissolving the filler earlier, before it had taken over the lower portion of my face.

Thankfully I've had everything dissolved from the Consultant Clinic and my face looks "normal" again and I have facial mobility back. I'll never go to the CC again, mainly due to how negligent they are with record keeping and how that negatively impacted not just my beauty but also my health. I also can't stand for their inability to proactively advise a patient on when filler has gone rogue and dissolving is needed even though I flagged this to them as a concern.

Dr. Kevin and Fiona were extremely professional in my first meeting. They gave me a Very thorough consult, and then I could choose whatever services I wanted. I felt very educated and empowered and I knew I could trust them for a natural look based on a friends experience prior to me as well as their Instagram examples. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kevin is wonderful and the entire experience was well-organized and professional. I am extremely happy with my results. So well-done that I have had no discomfort whatsoever only 24 hours later. The photo is 6 hours post procedure.
