When I was crafting the vision for our direct mail marketing firm aimed at moving company owners, I reached out to several printing services in town. However, none left an impression quite like Preferred Document Solutions (PDS). Right from the start, Heather, their phone representative, made a significant impact with her outstanding service and genuine concern for our needs.

Initially, I was set on acquiring a high-end PrimeLink machine, ready to invest heavily right off the bat. But Heather, with remarkable integrity and a deep understanding of her customers, advised against it. She recommended starting with a slightly older model that would perfectly suit our current needs without overstretching our budget. It’s not often you encounter a salesperson who will talk you out of a more expensive purchase because they have your best interests at heart!

Heather didn’t just stop there; she followed up months later with an option that was a step up but still within our reach—a C60 machine. This beginner production machine was only slightly more per month but came with a lower cost per impression, meaning it would quickly pay for itself. I was truly amazed by her proactive approach—thinking of us even after the initial sale.

Thanks to PDS and Heather’s thoughtful guidance, we are not only on track to eventually upgrade to a PrimeLink and a Versant, but we are also able to grow our business while keeping costs manageable. This has allowed us to save some ‘shekels’ without blowing our budget. I highly respect and commend the efforts of PDS.
