I sold my CPW coop using Douglas Elliman and it was a big mistake. My agent was a terrible person. To list everything he did that made a stressful time even more stressful would take forever. He would yell and threaten me on the phone. He only cared about the sale and his share of the money. When I complained to his manager, the manager took his side. By the time of the closing, both the buyer and I agreed that we never wanted to see him again and told the lawyers we just wanted to get this over with. Please do not use Douglas Elliman. You will not get top dollar, and you will be put through hell in the process.
