Peter Forsman is everything one could want in a real estate agent. He's intuitive, energetic, kind, and detail-oriented. He understands that each purchase is very specific, extremely personal, and a bit scary. I was looking for a smallish place in Manhattan -- feeling open to different neighborhoods and buildings. Peter quickly saw the needs of my co-owner, who happens to be my mother. He wanted her in a residential neighborhood that she knew, in a building with staff that could help her manage things like carrying luggage, receiving packages, and parking. This was more important than a large space. I daresay he was more protective of her than I was. And leave it to Peter to find us the right unit, in a building where her best friend lives! Throughout, he was clear in his communications, on top of multiple details, and patient when patience was necessary. He has an excellent network of professionals who help execute legal documents and make home improvements. Unlike other brokers I've known, who vanish after the closing, Peter stays in touch. He checked in afterward to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything. Peter takes clear pride in his work; this is not a "gig" for him but a career and a vocation.
